People ask us all the time: "How do you actually MAKE these things?" Great question! Let's peek behind the curtain.
Step 1: Design
Everything starts on the computer. We use special 3D modeling software to design each toy from scratch. This is where the magic begins — we figure out how all the joints work, how the pieces fit together, and how to make it look awesome.
Step 2: Slice It Up
The 3D model gets "sliced" into hundreds of super-thin layers. Think of it like a loaf of bread — the printer builds the toy one slice at a time!
Step 3: Print!
The printer heats up special plastic filament and lays it down layer by layer. Depending on the toy, this can take anywhere from 1 to 12 hours. Patience is key!
Step 4: Clean Up & Test
Once it's printed, we clean up any rough edges, test all the moving parts, and make sure it passes the most important test of all: is it FUN?
